Aimee celebrates a clean sheet
Penn & Tylers Green u12 Girls moved up to third place in the Bucks Girls Football League on Saturday with a 6-0 victory over Marlow United. Taking advantage of some rare spring sunshine at Sir William Ramsay School the girls were grateful for a full squad enabling the team to take some well earned breathers in the balmy conditions.

Penn were beaten the last time the teams met in the first game of the season so the result today was a splendid improvement for Penn and, in fact really rather good!
PTGFC U12 Girls
Penn suffered their first defeat of the season at Berkhamsted. The match started at the later time of 12:30pm with with Emma in goal, Amy and Mills in defence, Megan, Lara and Rhiannon in midfield and Caitlyn upfront.
The Under 10 Girls got their first taste of victory last weekend, as they enjoyed a win over Chalfont Saints in a game in which both teams played some lovely passing football.

A tough fixture this one…..just fielding a bare 11 girls on a big & expected boggy pitch. However they did themselves proud in what was an evenly contested game despite the result.
PTGFC U12 Girls
Penn scored two excellent goals in each half to secure a terrific win over Bourne End and continue their unbeaten start to the league season. The full availability of the squad for the first time this season left left the manager with an embarrassment of riches and some difficult mental maths to share the playing time around evenly with rolling substitutes.

U12 Girls bond before kick off
Marlow United 1
The U12 girls consolidated their unbeaten start to the season with an excellent 1-1 away draw with Marlow. Coming off a draw and a win in their first two matches the girls entered the match full of confidence but also somewhat apprehensive given Marlow’s excellent recent record.
Penn Panthers U15s 2010/11
Dave can breathe easy as his job as coach looks safe once more, what with the girls finally breaking their duck in the 4th game of the season and Sven deciding to go to Leicester.
PTGFC Under 12 Girls
For a number of years PTGFC have run a dedicated girls football section for Ages 9 – 15, the teams have all had tremendous success and have allowed those girls who played for our mini soccer sides to continue to enjoy football beyond the U11 stage.
